Thank you Melody for your thoughtful question. I took some time to come to an answer of this question. I think, I am in white orchid. Because of my sensitivity and pure(white) intention always. Which flower are you?
Loved reading this. Sighed many times reading this and feel so relieved, idk why. It's crazy how when you're blooming and flourishing and think now you can bloom in the old environment too, and then you go back only to realize why you left in the first place. The environment. Pessimist in me feel like I'd never get a proper environment and solitude is the only way.
Thank you for including my essay in your weekly recommendations, feel so honoured! :D
Also, yes! The environment matters so much, which is why CBT as a therapy practice never worked for me when I was younger and was in an environment that didn't feel stable or safe. No matter how much I changed my perspective and came up with coping mechanisms, what was actually required was removing myself from there (when I was finally able to).
Beautifully written! You can tell this has come from deep thought and contemplation. I love how nature can teach us so much!! 🪴🌸
Thanks Mika🌻

My goodness, I feel the same. I will die alone. Hopefully we will find people, places and community which helps us to bloom💚💚🌸🌸
Harneek, this was truly much needed — thank you so much for taking the time to write it. I hope you're doing well. ❤️
Thank you Gargi. I am doing good. I hope you are doing well💚

Yes that’s the way to go. You can’t heal in an unsafe environment. I am glad you found a way out 💚💚
You are very welcome 😊
The environment matters. To the extent that one can, they must work to be in the right one; the one that enables, not impedes. Thank you, Harneek!
Thanks Patrick 😊
Much needed one Harneek!🥲🦋
