On weekends, I too don’t follow any routine as a small act of rebellion against structure. But I do feel the need for more secluded time, just sitting quietly with myself. I really enjoyed reading your piece after so long; it was exactly what I had been craving. I hope you’re doing well.
Thanks Gargi. May be, it's a women thing, the rebellion act of living against structure and listening to ourselves as well as our body. Thank you for taking time to read this. Appreciate your engagement and presence always ♡
This was all too relatable Harneek. The only structure I seem to have the last few months is getting up when my alarm goes off at 530a every day. Other than that, I am struggling. No day looks the same and it all seemingly depends on how much energy I have on any given day. Ugh. I really need to figure it out on my end too.
Thank you for the recommendation! ❤️ And for the thoughtful reflection on structure. I’m in a season when I am pretty unstructured but guided by the natural rhythm of the day. Things like sunshine, weather, hunger. That kind of loose structure has felt liberating.
Hey Patrick, thank you for putting your thoughts here and thank you for reminding me to choose not just the structure, but the elements of the structure well.

Hey Sarah, you are very welcome. Thank you for sharing the elements of your structure ♡
I'm a man of structure and routine. I think everything, eventually, crystalizes into a type of structure.
I also think we love the order that structure brings. The question, then, is if we like the activities making up this structure.
I think this is the issue here: the elements of this structure, not the structure itself.
